Day 16 or Day 25... Depends on your POV
Well, well, well! Seems like I finished the first enemy and the battle system! Well partially, you'll understand when you play it. Now for today, I was able to polish up some bugs and graphics. Aside from that, I changed the words used so it's a bit more specific and realistic. I also changed the weakness to something a bit more interesting. I don't need to explain it here because there is sort of I guess a tutorial in it to show you it. Now you may have realized super is now replaced by growl because the weakness doesn't require super anymore. Growl now gives 15 damage though it's a random chance and if it so happens it won't work, well it's a wasted turn. Note though I might change these mechanics especially because you might not agree with it. Feel free to comment if something is too hard (but I mean this is supposed to be a boss) or you like the old mechanics more. Other than that, I made a new GIF to replace the old outdated one. You also get a small prize at the end to get a peek at another change I did. I think I should have a real RPG section. Like some walking in top down. Yes I am changing the cutscenes. First because of how the engine is coded, I can't seem to figure out how to code to skip a cutscene. Second is because it feels a lot more interactive. Third is because I kind of have this leftover sprite so why not use it? Though because of this decision, I kind of need help with some decent pixel art. It's just that I am not comfortable drawing in small scale as you can see with many of the art I make. Problem is, I realize I am kind of insecure when working with other people I don't really know so I am asking now for help in closer relationships. That is why I declined the musician. That also might explain why I kept trying to discourage people who would join me even though I posted up for help. So far though, my first pick declined (Miyaki... why) because they said they aren't used to it. Though, that gives a problem since I don't know how to ask next considering I don't know who are related to me can do pixel art. That poses a big problem. So ya... Buh-bye...
